Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Available for most international destinations (excluding some Asian and remote regions)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our plants and products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition (unplanted and in original packaging when possible)
  • Plants must show no signs of neglect or improper care
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of live plants and seasonal items, these products cannot be returned:

  • Flower Bulbs (Crocus Bulbs, Daffodil Bulbs)
  • Begonia Tubers
  • Dahlia Tubers
  • Any plants that have been planted or removed from original packaging
  • Opened containers of fertilisers

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully repackage items using original packaging when possible. Include all original tags and labels.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our nursery at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for the same product if you received damaged or incorrect items. For preference exchanges:

  • The new item must be of equal or greater value
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
