While we carefully package and inspect every order before shipment, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition (unplanted and in original packaging when possible)
  • Plants must show no signs of neglect or improper care
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of live plants and seasonal items, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Flower Bulbs (Crocus Bulbs, Daffodil Bulbs)
  • Begonia Tubers
  • Dahlia Tubers
  • Any plants that have been planted or removed from original packaging
  • Fertilisers (opened containers)

For these items, we recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions and contacting our gardening specialists with any questions before purchasing.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request. Use the template below for faster processing.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully repackage the items using the original packaging when possible. Include all original tags and labels.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our nursery at the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged goods).

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for the same product if you received a damaged or incorrect item. For exchanges due to customer preference:

  • The new item must be of equal or greater value
  • You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
  • The return must follow our standard return process above

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
